People tend to come to the bar to have a delicious cocktail and listen to beautiful music. Rare visitor orders food at the bar. In general, people come to the bar after having dinner.
We had the same problem until we decorated the bar window with plastic replicas of dishes that can be ordered in our food-serving establishment. Previously, our customers had the false assumption that dinner in the restaurant is cheaper than in the bar. Now the situation has changed.
- Our customers come to the bar to have a snack, have lunch or dinner.
- There are more visitors who saw fake food dishes, entered the bar and became our regular customers.
